When choosing which sleeping bag would best suit you bare in mind thefigures quoted are based on the assumption that you are wearing thermals or PJ’s,are in a tent and on a good quality sleep mat.

Different people feel the coldto different degrees so keep to the comfort level figure quoted.

The comfortfigure is the temperature the bag is intended for use in, the low figure showswhat temperature you could use it in extreme circumstances, but you will feelthe cold. Unless otherwise stated you can choose your bag to come with its zipon the left or right hand side.
