Each packet contains one body warmer. 

These can be applied indirectly to any part of the body where warmth is needed. They are relevant to all sportsmen or sports supporters who get cold following their sport as well as those who love leisure activities that can be very cold. Sports that spring to mind are skiing, fishing, playing golf or bowls, playing or watching rugby and football, climbing. Leisure activities where these could be useful include orienteering, equestrian activities, hiking, camping.

Once you open the outer wrapping the inner packet absorbs oxygen and warms up, holding a temperature of 50 deg C (max 68 deg C). You place the inner packet in your pocket or anywhere close to your body where heat is required and it lasts about 20 hours. Read the instructions carefully before use.
